These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of the Glowtoure website, online booking request forms, contact forms, service pages, gift card pages, product pages, membership pages, and related online content.
By using this website, submitting a request, purchasing a product or gift card, joining a membership, or communicating with Glowtoure, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Policies.
Website Content
The content on this website is provided for general informational and business purposes. Glowtoure may update, remove, or change website content, service descriptions, availability, pricing, policies, and promotions at any time.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but errors may occur. If an error appears on the website, Glowtoure reserves the right to correct it.
Appointments Are Request-Based
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment.
Glowtoure reviews each request to confirm service type, timing, location, mobile service area, availability, safety, and suitability. Your appointment is not confirmed until Glowtoure approves it and sends confirmation.
Deposits and Approval
Most services require a 50% deposit applied toward your total. Memberships and bundled packages may be excluded from the standard deposit policy.
Before Glowtoure approves your appointment, your deposit secures your booking request and is applied toward your total. If Glowtoure cannot approve your requested appointment time, location, or service area, your deposit will be refunded or offered as a transfer or credit.
After Glowtoure approves and confirms your appointment, deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred once with at least 24 hours’ rescheduling notice, subject to Glowtoure’s Policies.
Manual quote requests do not collect a deposit until Glowtoure reviews and approves pricing and next steps.
Mobile Service
Mobile spray tanning may be available inside Glowtoure’s approved mobile service area. Auto-pricing applies only when the submitted city and ZIP match an approved service area.
Addresses outside the approved mobile service area require a custom quote before deposit. Glowtoure may decline, quote, reschedule, or request additional details for mobile appointments based on distance, timing, accessibility, setup requirements, safety, parking, weather, or other operational concerns.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact information
- Providing accurate appointment and address information
- Reviewing preparation and aftercare instructions
- Disclosing allergies, skin sensitivities, recent skin treatments, sunburn, irritation, wounds, rashes, or other concerns that may affect service suitability
- Arriving on time for studio appointments
- Preparing a safe, clean, and accessible space for mobile appointments
- Reading and following Glowtoure’s Policies
Glowtoure may decline, pause, or reschedule a service if we believe service is unsuitable or unsafe.
Health and Skin Disclaimer
Spray tan results vary by skin type, undertone, preparation, aftercare, products used, hormones, medications, skin condition, lifestyle, and timing. Glowtoure customizes each appointment, but exact color outcomes, wear time, and fading patterns cannot be guaranteed.
Glowtoure services are cosmetic and are not medical services. Information on this website is not medical advice. Clients should consult a medical professional with questions about allergies, pregnancy, skin conditions, medications, or suitability for cosmetic services.
Results and Photo Disclaimer
Gallery images, inspiration images, and examples are for visual reference. Individual results vary. Client photos are shared only with permission where applicable.
Pricing and Availability
Prices, service descriptions, timing, availability, promotions, memberships, packages, and product offerings may change. Glowtoure reserves the right to correct errors, update pricing, discontinue services, or modify availability at any time.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are redeemable for eligible Glowtoure services or products as stated at the time of purchase. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Gift cards should be treated like cash and may not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission, unless required by law or otherwise approved by Glowtoure.
Gift cards do not expire unless an expiration date is legally permitted and clearly disclosed for a qualifying promotional or exempt certificate. Glowtoure will follow applicable California gift card laws.
Memberships
If Glowtoure offers memberships, the membership page or checkout will describe the applicable benefits, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and any exclusions.
If a membership renews automatically, Glowtoure will provide renewal and cancellation information as required by applicable law. Clients are responsible for reviewing membership terms before purchase.
Online Purchases
Online purchases may be processed by third-party payment or commerce providers. Additional provider terms may apply.
Intellectual Property
All website content, copy, design, layout, branding, logos, graphics, service names, photography, and other materials are owned by Glowtoure or used with permission unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use Glowtoure content without written permission.
Third-Party Links
This website may link to third-party platforms, payment processors, booking tools, social media pages, product platforms, or other websites. Glowtoure is not responsible for third-party content, policies, practices, errors, or availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glowtoure is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages related to website use, appointment requests, service outcomes, third-party platforms, delays, cancellations, or unavailable services.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
